Sanlam Investments wins South Africa’s best equity mid and small cap fund for the fourth year

Sanlam Investments won two top-performer titles at the recent Raging Bull Awards, one of the industry’s most prestigious events. The Sanlam Investment Management Small Cap Fund was named South Africa’s Best Equity Mid and Small Cap Fund for the fourth time (2015, 2016, 2022 and 2024) and  Amplify’s Sanlam Collective Investments Wealth Protector Fund was named Best South African Multi-Asset Low Equity Fund on a Risk-Adjusted Basis. We were also nominated for awards in four other categories.

The Sanlam Investment Management Small Cap Fund, managed by a team led by Vanessa van Vuuren, is an aggressive, actively-managed small- to mid-cap fund with significant holdings in companies such as Famous Brands, Sun International and Reinet, among others.

  3. BEST (SA DOMICILED) GLOBAL EQUITY GENERAL FUND ON A RISK-ADJUSTED BASIS: Absa Global Core Equity Feeder Fund
  4. BEST SOUTH AFRICAN REAL ESTATE FUND ON A RISK-ADJUSTED BASIS: Absa Property Equity Fund
